 THC type pulse bag filter
Pay attention to dust sickness at inlet during type selection; technically speaking, the filter wind speed and air dust thickness is in inverse ratio, so during determining filter acreage, the dust collection ability should also be satisfied (that is during the twice dust collections, the max. allowed dust gathering quantity in unit area). Generally, the dust collection ability is no more than 400g/ m ; calculating equation as follow:
Dust collection ability = dust thickness at inlet ╳ filter wind speed ╳ interval between the two dust collections; if the result exceeds the dust collection ability, then adjust the filter wind speed and increase the filter acreage.
