Development and characteristics of aerated concrete
The aerated concrete product has nearly a hundred years of history in foreign countries and becomes the leading industry in construction field; it has been nearly forty years since China introduced this technology, and our technology and equipment is getting perfection. The advantages of aerated concrete are light-weight, high heat preservation, high noise absorbability, high intension and easy-to-processing. With abundant raw material, especially for coal ash; on the one hand industrial waste is reused which can bring favorable social and economical benefits, on the other hand, environment and farmland is protected. It is the perfect substitution of traditional brick. Supported by state policy about reforming of wall material, taxation policy and environmental policy, the aerated concrete product is becoming one important part of new type construction material with bright market prospect.
Different production technologies can be adopted according to different raw material type, quality and equipment. Generally, grind fly ash and silicon sand with water; wait for the solidification and then cut into desired shapes; send them into the pressure steamer, in that high temperature and steam-saturated environment, the light-weight and sponge-like aerated concrete product is made. |

Casting workshop |
Mixing and casting machine:
Purposes: this machine is used for mixing of raw materials of slurry, cement, calcium oxide, gypsum and aluminum powder suspension in the shell body and then casting the mixture in the mold. The mixing intensity and duration is crucial to the aerated concrete products.
Structure characteristics: the propeller type blades in the shell body can make strong vortex which makes the raw material mixing evenly. The height adjustable casting arm can prevent splash. There are immobile type and mobile type for different technology demands. |

Mold frame: mobile type and integrated type; double sided plate and hollow in between for heat preservation; the inner side plate is welded by 10mm steel plate for enhancing the rigidity, distortion prevention and prolong the using life.
Mold bottom plate: 14b type u-steel welded on the four sides of 10mm steel plate in order to enhance the rigidity and distortion prevention. The specification matches the mold frame.
Steam curing machine: welded by 14b type u-steed and works together with mold bottom plate and mold frame. Wheel span: 600mm or 730mm.
